Tree Appreciation walk on Earth Day

Apr 22, 2015 No Comments by

Trees are the prominent greenery in urban spaces. As part of Care Earth’s initiatives, they are organizing a Tree Appreciation walk on Earth Day.

Tree photography lead us to learn more about the intricate structure of the species and make us to keep a constant watch on flowering and fruiting times. On completion of one campaign, we can come up with a list of trees located in city and this mapping will help us know better about the distribution of each tree species.

The campaign is not limited to identify and photograph trees in urban areas but extends to sharing the medicinal, ethical and aesthetic values of each tree. Do you like to learn a tree or more in your neighborhood? come join us to Neighborhood Trees Campaign in Chennai.
